Intro

We are a German company and opened our first office at the Innovation Centre Kosovo (ICK) in Pristina on July 21st. Three team members are currently working from the office, and we plan to expand the team to around six to eight people by January 2026. Compensation & Start Date

We’re looking for someone who can start no later than February 2026.
Salary: €1.400-2.000€ per month (40h/week).
Working hours: 08:00–17:00 with a one-hour lunch break.
Remote Wednesdays if you want.
23 vacation days + public holidays in Pristina.
Sick days are of course fully paid.

SAWOO is an international, dynamic, 20-person company based in Munich. We build and operate communities that bring together senior leaders from large companies to support them through collaborative learning, meaningful networking, and professional as well as personal growth. We organize monthly physical meetups (around 20 per month), conferences (currently 3 per year), podcasts, and additional networking opportunities for community members. Why This Job Matters
You directly shape how top-level executives learn, grow, and connect. This role exists for two core reasons:

A) Deliver meaningful insights to senior leaders
You turn podcasts and event content into visuals and videos that provide clarity, inspiration, and real value to decision-makers who lead large organizations.
B) Attract new executives into our communities
Your content helps leaders discover our communities, understand the value we create, and ultimately convert into event participants. The reach, quality, and consistency of your work directly influence our visibility, credibility, and growth.

What success looks like in this role

Your assets generate relevant interactions from our target personas on LinkedIn (and, where applicable, WhatsApp and Instagram).
Your deliverables are reliably on time. Podcasts, LinkedIn assets, and event materials do not wait on creative.
You improve how we work by shipping format and process improvements each quarter that increase quality, speed, or impact.

What You Will Work With (Content Sources)
You will create compelling content from high-quality raw material, including:

Podcast recordings with top executives
Event photos and raw video material from our monthly meetups and summits
Testimonial videos from participants, sharing key insights, and takeaways

You will transform this material into

Short-form video snippets for LinkedIn and eventually Instagram
Image posts such as carousels, quotes, insights, and highlight visuals
Website graphics, banners, and cover visuals
Event materials such as signage, promo graphics, and recap visuals
New content formats you help develop

Your concrete tasks

A) Video Editing (primary focus)

Edit podcast and event recordings into polished, engaging content.
Produce short-form video snippets that achieve measurable engagement on LinkedIn.
Add subtitles, transitions, overlays, and light animation (no advanced motion design required).
Improve storytelling, pacing, and content quality over time.

B) Graphic Design

Create visual assets for podcasts, social media, websites, and events.
Design simple and effective event visuals (promo materials, banners, recap slides).
Maintain brand consistency across all SAWOO and client deliverables.

C) Audio Editing

Clean up audio (noise reduction, leveling), and handle intro and outro placement.
Do audio checks and improve technical setups for podcast hosts and guests

D) Creative Workflow & Ownership

Own the creative domain end to end. You plan, prioritize, and deliver, and you solve problems before they become blockers.
Take responsibility for high-quality, on-time content delivery (you own deadlines, not just tasks).
Manage several briefs in parallel without losing quality.
Coordinate freelancers for specialized tasks when necessary, and make sure final outputs meet our standards.
Suggest and implement improvements to formats, workflows, and creative quality (ideas are great; shipped improvements are better).
Be the point of contact for creative operations. You define what good looks like, keep standards high, and make execution predictable.

Your profile

Hard Skills

Strong experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, etc.).
Solid graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.).
Intermediate audio editing abilities.
Strong understanding of social media formats, especially LinkedIn.
Experience working with brand guidelines and structured workflows.
English on min. C1 Level, as it is our corporate language.
Nice to Have: German language skills (A2–B1+). Helpful, but not required.
